He is survived by: his wife Loucille Rowe (Virginia) of Blackstone; and his daughters, Katina Rowe of Arlington, Lora Plummer (Ted) of Reynoldsburg, Regina Turley (Joe) and Deborah Weltch (Brian) of Burkeville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
