He is survived by: his children, Irvin (Elizabeth), Karen Allison, Roger (Karen), Linda Watson (Anthony) and Paul (Becky); his sister Elloris Spratley; his nieces and nephews, Cynthia Cypress, Earl Spratley, Gerald Spratley, Angela Clarke and Gary Spratley; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Campbell (William), Sereda Fowlkes, Jeanne Bridgeforth, Wilfredo Rivera and Waverly Fowlkes (Margaret). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
