We bid farewell to Linda Sydnor in Blackstone, Virginia, born in Arlington, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 6, 2025 at the age of 81. Linda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Crenshaw Cole Hollomon and Edward Forrest Hollomon; and her husband William Dunnington Sydnor. She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn Sheffield Sydnor Witt; her son-in-law Walter Francis Witt III; and her grandson William Mason Witt.
