She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Cedric Stokes and Martha Ella Jennings-Stokes; her siblings, Royal Andrew Stokes (Christine) and Corine Gray (Edward); and her daughter DeAngela Michelle Fitzgerald.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Maurice Stokes (Donna) of Baltimore, MD, Dennis Demetrice Fitzgerald (Delois) of Hampton, VA, Daisy Fitzgerald Tuggle of Crewe, VA, Dedric Monte'Allen (Norma) of Baltimore, MD and Mi'cah Betrell Allen of Fayetteville, NC.. She is also survived by 4 siblings, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
