She is survived by: her children, James Hayslett of Blackstone and Frannie Hernandez (Felix) of Chesterfield; her grandchildren, Nathalia, Joshua and Blake Hernandez; her children, Vanessa Juarrez-Niz, Ashley Hernandez-Niz, Bryan Hernandez-Garcia and Jennifer Hernandez-Garcia; and her sister-in-law Rosa Shaw. She is also survived by six nieces.
