She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Westfall and Elizabeth Westfall; and her nephew Christopher Westfall. She is survived by: her husband Larry Wayne Burnette; her daughter Renee Burnette of Chase City; her brother Ralph Westfall (Amy) of Blackstone; her aunt Rachel Hudson Jeter Johnson of Blackstone; and her granddaughter Natasha Burnette of Chase City.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
