She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Edwards and Edith Edwards; her husband Ralph Mendenhall; her daughter Donna M. Jones; and her siblings, Wanda Jackson and Mack Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Gibson (Alan) and Craig Mendenhall (Nita); her siblings, Dale, Jimmy (Yvonne), Jackie (Patricia), Ronald Edwards (Carol), Maudine Doran, Sabra Williams (J. D.) and Phyllis Williams; her friends, Jeff and Vicky Jones; and her close friend Judi Bledsoe. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
