She was predeceased by: her parents, Madie Chattin Evans and Jesse Evans; and her sister Joan Gregory. She is survived by: her sons, Russell Parker II (Vickie), James Parker and Brian Parker; and her granddaughters, Briana Litchfield (Tyler), Isabella Parker and Jessica Parker.
