Though Linda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Mae Wood Hall and Wallace Belvine Hall; her husband James Lester Shelton, Jr.; and her son Mark Shelton. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy S. Chaney; her grandchildren, Nicholas Chaney, Sallie Chaney and Emilie Chaney; and her sister Cathy Shaw. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Blairs Baptist Church (5260 US-29, Blairs, VA 24527).
