He was predeceased by: his brothers, Scott Stiltner and Kevin Stiltner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Edwards Stiltner; his daughter Crystal; his son-in-law Anthony Sanders of Bland; his son Charlie; his daughter-in-law Kristina Stiltner of Wytheville; his parents, Elizabeth Lambert Stiltner of Bland and Charles Edward Stiltner of Tazewell; his sister Melissa Hartig of Tazewell; his half-brother Mike (Robin Stiltner); his aunt Sally Edwards of Bland; his grandchildren, Celeste, Caleb, Arianna, Ryker, Brooke, Danielle and Emma; and his great grandchild Oakley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bland Chapel (530 Main St, Bland, VA 24315). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Old Bethel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bland Funeral Chapel to assist the family with funeral expenses.
