He is survived by: his siblings, David (Pat Simmons), Travis (Cindy Simmons), Mitchell Simmons and Sharon; and his brother-in-law Mike Foglesong. He is also survived by pet companion, "Bob"; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
