He was predeceased by: his mother Nikki Saady Turner; his sister Emma Mackenzie Turner; his cousin Shawny Turner; his grandfather David Saady; and his stepgrandfather Eric Schleif.
He is survived by: his father Michael Richard Turner, Jr. of Michigan; his daughter Allison Nicole Turner; his significant other Kelsey Miranda Ayres; and his grandparents, Eileen Greene Schleif, Michael R. and Lucy Turner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and their extended families.
