He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelene (Jamie Ganis) and Southern; his wife Janet; and his siblings, Lonzo, Jean Hubbard and Ellen Shelley.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hoppe (Steven), Rhonda Fabrizio (John) and Chris Ganis (Detra); his grandchildren, Samuel Ganis, Dr. Jack Fabrizio III, Lauren Hoppe, Michael Ganis (Catherine) and Craig Hoppe; his great grandchildren, Myla Jo Rivera, Mason Rivera and Gabriella Ganis; and his sister Wanda Lee.
