She was predeceased by : her son Dennis Edward Whorley; her parents, Charles Gillespie and Eunice Gillespie; and her siblings, Roscoe Gillespie and Dorothy Rowland.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Dennis Matthew Whorley (Honey) and Melissa Broughman (Matt); her great grandchild Haylee Cockran-Whorley; and her brother John David Gillespie. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
