Rathburn; her parents, George Henry and Bessie Fields Black Knopp; her children, Roger William Rathburn and Cheryl Lynn Rathburn Serrett; and her siblings, Paul Black, Mark Lytton, James Maurice, Hiram Morris, Joseph Phillip, Daniel Wesley, Alice Rebecca Knopp Phillippe, Elizabeth Virginia Knopp Rodgers and Rhoda Joy Knopp Mayes.
She is survived by: her children, Ginger Ruth Rathburn Blum, David Michael Rathburn (Shelly), Phillip Ray Rathburn (Kim), Joy Ann Rathburn Hudson (Steve), Christina Lee Rathburn Casto (Robert) and Richard Andrew Rathburn (Kim); and her son-in-law Douglas Serrett of Staunton. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
