She is survived by: her children, Sheila Lambert of Rocky Gap, VA, Roger Owensby Jr. of Bluefield, WV. and Lynn Ratliff (Darrel) of Monroe, NC.; her extended family, Lance, Anita and Gavin of Jacksonville; and her caregiver Jim.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dudley Memorial Mortuary (729 Virginia Ave, Bluefield, VA 24605). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Grandview Memory Gardens (38659 Gov G C Peery Hwy, Bluefield, VA 24605).
