He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Skeens and Eula Jean Thomas Skeens; and his siblings, Shirley Hill Skeens and Hobart Carl Skeens (Judy L. Taylor). He is survived by: his daughter Misty Lynn Taylor (Aaron Wells); his grandchildren, Dakota Keech (Hannah Matney) and Courtney Wells; his great grandchildren, Samuel Leonard Keech and Serenity Elisabeth Richardson; and his siblings, Vickie Garris (Danny), James Skeens (Sharon), Daniel Skeens (Mary), Kenneth Skeens (Tuesday) and Linda McKinney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends.
