He was predeceased by: his parent David Mac Bogle; his grandmother Mildred Cregger; his friend Leonard Crawford; and his pet Addie. He is survived by: his children, Kaleb Blake Johnson, Gracie Danielle Bogle, Peyton James Bogle, Brianna Hope Ferguson and Mac David Bogle; his wife Angie Bogle; and his sister Lauren Nicole Martin.
