He was predeceased by: his sister Wanda (Russ); his parents, Ray and Birdie; and his cousin Bill. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Arthur; his son Michael Arthur; his stepdaughter Nancy Fowlkes; his nieces, Angie Coppolo and Andie Lester; Nancy Faris.
