She is survived by: her sons, Richard Keith Carter (Vicki) and Randy Carter (Kathy); her grandchildren, Brad Carter (Lisa), Josh Carter (Mary), Sarah Link (Donald), Laura Phillips (Adam), Rebekah Neeley (Grant) and Hannah Cornett (Samuel); and her great grandchildren, Ellia, Cayden, Matthew, Esther, Nathan, Ruthanna, Chesney, Everleigh, Adalie, Graceson, Gideon, Lincoln, Jackson, Parker, Ridge, Oakley, Hutchins, Selah and Noya. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
