He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Howard Litz and Beatrice Preston Litz of Bluefield, WV.; and his wife Mary Martha Otey Litz. He is survived by: his children, George, Ann, David and Joe; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Morgan, Justin and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Tanner, Barrett, Hudson, Grant, Owen and Emery.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fincastle Country Club (1000 Country Club Dr, Bluefield, VA 24605).
