He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Cochane and Ethel Cochane; his siblings, Janet, Fay and Johnny; and his granddaughter Megan.
He is survived by: his significant other Janet Honaker; his children, Ken Honaker, Kim, Marc Honaker (Mary), Misti Mooney (Darryl) and Carrie Delarose (Joel); his grandchildren, Catherine, Brice (Kendra), Jack (Kayla), Josh Honaker, Taylor, Hannah Webb, Logan Mooney, Channing Mooney (Leah) and Lauren Honaker; his siblings, Brenda Compton (Don), Kathy Maccready, Becky McKenzie (Lake), Stella Tate, Joe Cochrane and Bobby Cochrane (Linda); and his sister-in-law Joyce Johnson. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
