She was predeceased by : her parents, James Walter and Lillie Smith Brown; and her husband Franklin Spaulding. She is survived by : her children, Phyllis Bailey of Bluefield, Richard Spaulding and Gregory Spaulding of Bluefield, WV. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 greet grandchildren.
