He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Wayne and Joyce Gregory Buchanan. He is survived by: his wife Yvette Buchanan; his son David Gregory Buchanan (Catherine); his grandchildren, Madison, Claire, Graham, Charlotte, Beckett and Baylor; his stepchildren, Dr. Jamie Remines (Jared) and BJ Thompson (Reagan); his stepgrandchildren, Hailey, Luke, Lyla, Grady and Iris; and his sister Barbara Buchanan (Michael).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The V Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Keith's memory.
