He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Mahaly Rickman Sawyers and Kelly Sawyers, Sr.; his son Kelly Sawyers, III; his brother Marshall Sawyers; and his half-brother John Dawson.
He is survived by: his brothers, Randy Sawyers and David Sawyers; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Maxwell, Carly Helton and Courtney Sawyers; his great grandchild Clara Maxwell; his niece Brooke Sawyers; his great-niece Jocelyn Green; his great-nephew Brayden Green; and his partner Sandy Musick.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dudley Memorial Chapel (729 Virginia Ave, Bluefield, VA 24605). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
