She is survived by : her mother Marlene Spencer (Ronnie) of Welch; her daughters, Seyona Renee Waldron and Hartley Saige Billings; her grandfather Jessie Spencer, Jr. of Pageton; her sister Kimberly Scott (Barry) of Welch; and her uncles, Jessie "Jay" Spencer (Katherine) of Tobaccoville, NC and Phillip Spencer (Lori) of Max Meadows, VA. She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
