He is survived by: his wife Jewel Watkins Conner; his daughters, Kari Conner Watson of Clayton and Janet Conner Mills (Derrick) of Raleigh; his brother Harry Conner (Cathy) of Bluefield, Virginia; his sisters-in-law, Beatrice Conner, Susi Wills (Gary) and Becky Vanover (Jim); his niece Lillie Grace; and his brothers-in-law, Sherman Watkins (Beverly) and David Watkins (Vickie).
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Deliverance Temple Church (1998 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Deliverance Temple (1998 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701).
