He was predeceased by : his parents, E. Rich, Sr. Rich (Mark E.) and Martha Lou Neel Rich; and his former life partner Roberta Ann Moyer Rich. He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Carter Rich; his children, William E. Rich (Karen) of Bluefield, VA, R. Macon Rich (Teresa) of Staunton, VA and Marti Rich Scott (Chris) of King, NC; his stepdaughter Donna M. Workman of Palmyra, VA.; and his brother N. Neel Rich of Emory, VA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
