With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mildred Hartsock of Bluefield, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mildred left this world on September 29, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Squire Washington Muncy and Gladys Gertrude Lockhart Muncy; her husband Lewis Conley Hartsock; and her siblings, Kenneth Eugene Muncy and Claris Marie Sturges.
She is survived by: her daughter Robbi Lynn Hartsock (Millie); her sister-in-law Patricia Muncy; her nephews, Randy Phillips, Keith Reed, Lawrence Reed and Ron Sturges; and her friends, Randall Hash, Eric Smothers, Rodger Woodrum and Mike Ziegler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (200 S College Ave, Bluefield, VA 24605). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church, 200 South College Avenue, Bluefield, Virginia, 24605.
