She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Pack and Evelyn Pack; and her sister Jane Pack Knibb (Donald Knibb). She is survived by : her husband Richard Lewis Wortman; her daughter Angela Wortman Berrier; her son-in-law Jeff Berrier; and her grandchildren, Taylor Berrier Franks (Joshua Franks), Zachariah James Berrier and Joshua Macadan Berrier (Mac).

In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to Hospice of Brunswick County or First United Methodist Church of Elon.
