With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pierce Crabtree of Bluefield, Virginia, who passed away on March 9, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George G. Crabtree and Lucille Watson Crabtree; and his siblings, George W. Crabtree, Peggy Jones Farley and Sara M. Vest.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Smart Crabtree; his daughter Cindy Crabtree; his siblings, Charles Crabtree (Teresa) of Laurens, SC and Sue Hollyfield of Bluefield, VA; his brother-in-law Curtis Vest of Bluefield, VA; his nephew Keith Abel (Tammy) of Bluefield, VA; and his niece Suzanne Kelley (Kevin) of Bluefield, WV. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
