He is survived by : his parents, Boyd R. Collins and Leona Franklin Collins of Bluefield, VA.; his sister Cheri Collins of Bluefield, VA; his nephew Ethan Stinson; and his niece Leandra Stinson of Bluefield, VA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Mercer Funeral Home (1231 W Cumberland Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Maple Hill Cemetery.
