He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Dr. James Luther Towe; his siblings, Jeanne (Burton Seitler), Kathryn (Steve Zumbaugh) and Larry (Stephanie Towe); his nephew Steve Zumbaugh II (Emilie Joan Towe); his great-nephews, Jack Theodore, Craig Halsey and Andrew Dempsey; his great-niece Isabella Grace; and his mother Eleanore Towe.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 18301 Whitehall Estate Ln, Bluemont, VA 20135.
