She is survived by: her husband Richard Glen Smith; her children, Dan Smith (Laura) of Exeter, NH, Steve Smith (Amy) of Holly Springs, NC, JoEllen Turley (Ron) of Bluemont, VA, MarySue Nadler (Dave) of Indianapolis, IN and MaryAnn Strater (Dirk) of Reno, NV.; her grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Lucas, Jake, Ty, Cade, Devin, Robyn, Amy, Sarah and Ethan; her stepgrandchildren, Abby, Lizzy, Heidi and A. J.; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Penelope, Henry and Story; and her stepgreat-grandchild Kamden.
