He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vincent Marean and Viola Rose Lafeat Marean; his wife Mary C. Dameron Marean; and his siblings, Joseph W. Marean and Sister Elizabeth Marean.
He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Lee Marean (Ruth) of Fredericksburg, VA, Gary Dwayne Marean (Diane) of Manassas, VA, Peter Anthony Marean, Jr. (Selina) of Berryville, VA and Michael L. Marean (Christie) of Bluemont, VA; and his sister Mary Louise Marzullo of Silver Spring, MD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home Chapel (1050 W Main St, Berryville, VA 22611). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
