He is survived by: his wife Deana Trail; his children, George Trail, Jr., Josh Richards, April Brown, Victoria Brown and Beth Brown; his grandson Austin Trail; his great grandchildren, Lydia Trail and Lennox Trail; and his pet Chester.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel (305 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sherwood Memorial Park (1250 E Main St, Salem, VA 24153).
