He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Ann Grimmett (Fox); his wife Katherine Grimmett; his sons, Ryan Grimmett (Emily) and Regan Grimmett (Daniel); his grandchildren, Graden, Kenna and Carter Grimmett; his sister Gina Mitchell (Donnie); and his nephews, Connor, Caden and Cameron Mitchell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oakey's South Chapel (4257 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring, VA 24018). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Burial Park (1307 Summit Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24015).
