He is survived by: his wife Teresa Buchanan McKenzie; his daughter Amanda McKenzie; his sister Elizabeth Southwood; his nieces, Santana Venezian and Summer Fogg; his nephew Scott Reedy; his brother Jack T. McKenzie, Jr.; his nieces, Erica, Stephanie and Victoria; his nephew Oliver; his aunt Elva Southern; and his cousin Sandra Via.
