It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Allen Tignor Jr. (Bowling Green, Virginia), who passed away on November 16, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Grace Tignor and Benjamin A. Tignor Sr.; his wife Brenda Croxton Tignor; his children, Christopher Allen Tignor (Tanya) of Ashland and Shannon Tignor Ellis (Benjamin) of Champlain; his sisters, Lucy T. Gay (Gordon) of Winchester and Lyda T. Bowie (Corbin) of Bowling Green; and his grandchildren, Macie G. Tignor, Logan C. Tignor, Regan J. Allen, Cameron A. Allen and Benjamin B. Ellis III (Tripp). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
