Rita K. Suddarth Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita K. Suddarth of Bowling Green, Virginia, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rita leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary C. Thomas and Margaret Gertrude Thomas; her husband William T. Suddarth, Jr.; and her sister Zaney Sue Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Suddarth Beazley, William "Matt" Suddarth and Kristi Suddarth; and her sister Toni Parry (Ron).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Storke Funeral Home (111 S Main St, Bowling Green, VA 22427). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Roma's Italian Restaurant (114 W Broaddus Ave, Bowling Green, VA 22427).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Great Dane Club of America Charitable Trust or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
