He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Rouse and Dell Rouse; and his siblings, Florence Baxter and David Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Stanley Rouse; his children, Sharon Bullock (Mike), Mandy Ricker (Jim) and Wayne Rouse (Charlene); and his sister Shirley R. Stanley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
