She is survived by: her son Nathaniel Evans, Jr. of Bloomfield, NJ; her granddaughters, Asia Evans-Suos (Kanel) of Glendale, CA, MariCarmen Serrano (Bryan) of Belleville, NJ and Marie Irving of Union, NJ; and her brother-in-law Albert Evans of Clarksville, VA. She is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Giles-Harris Funeral Home (1304 N Main St, Chase City, VA 23924). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at the Jerusalem Temple United Holy Church Cemetery (443 Skipwith Rd, Boydton, VA 23917).
