She is survived by: her sons, John Brookes Shelton of Boydton and Richard Hamilton Shelton of Virginia Beach; her son-in-law Doug Inloes; and her half-sister Irene J. Myers of Henrico, VA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
