He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Willcox; his children, Frances Haggerty (David), James David Willcox, Jr. (Sheila) and Wayne Turner (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christopher Shackelford, David Shackelford, Britni Shackelford, Jacob Shackelford, Rylee Shackelford, Kailyn Bullock, James David Willcox, III, Kayla Pisall, Aiden Turner, Ella Turner, Tessa Turner and Sadie Turner; his brother George Willcox (Susan); and his aunt Thelma Lane Milliner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
