He is survived by: his wife Pansy Cogdill Major; his children, Brenda Gale McMillion, George Lewis Major, Daryel Wayne Major and Thomas Jackson Major, Jr. (Teresa Varner); his grandchildren, Chelsie of Chastity, TJ, Barbara Ann, Caitlin, Sara, Dustin, Olivia, Lacey, Christian, Kasey, Emily (Zachary) and Jackson; his great grandchildren, Brendan, Payton, Emily, Lauren, Brandon, Layla, Lily, Maddie, Jay, Lexie, Jake, Tessa, Preston, London, Cannon and Owen; and his siblings, Robert Major and Frances Lewis.
