He is survived by: his wife Patti; his brother Carl Holt; his children, Mark (Micki), Kevin (Natalie) and Julie (Bill Smiley); his grandchildren, Tucker Holt (Lisa), Lucas Holt, Jillian Holt, Lindsay (Jay Lapointe), Hudson Holt, Kylie Holt, Samantha (Josh Horn), Nicole Michalick and Brian Michalick; and his great grandchildren, Brooks Holt, Lucy Lapointe and Althea Horn.
