He is survived by: his daughters, June Richardson (Roosevelt) and Patricia Shull; his brother Jimmy Andrew (Judy); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Sandy (Ron), Steven Andrew Jr. (Sabrina), Joshua Kenton Andrew, Caleb Garst, Christina Kile (Jake), Dede Lewis (Kendall), Brandi Nugent (Jeremiah), Bobby Whetzel (Crystal) and Brittany Grosskopf (John). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
