Thornton; her children, Laura Ann Thornton and Charles Steven Thornton (Maikel Cisneros-Thornton); her siblings, Linda Carol Bailey and David Neil Bailey (Nancy); and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Gardner (Danny Massey), John S. Thornton (Sandra Thornton) and Dr. Richard L. M. Coleman. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew, and great nieces and nephews.
