With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grant Plaugher (Bridgewater, Virginia), who passed away on October 28, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Grant leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Grant may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Jean Huffer and Robert Taylor Plaugher; and his brother Douglas "Boney" Plaugher. He is survived by: his wife LaDonna F. Plaugher (Doll); his daughters, LaDawn Knicely and Laura Plaugher; his grandchildren, Kendall (Knicely), Simmons (Tanner) and Donnie Sheffer (Zara); and his brother Mike Plaugher (Tami).
