In the vast expanse of eternity, Mark shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mark farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Hinton and Mildred Ardele Atkins Payne; his wife Cathy Hartman Payne; and his cousin Carolyn Eye.
A graveside service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Lawn Cemetery.
